7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Goods (Cosmetics)

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are non-refundable.

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase, subject to local consumer law.

  • Refunds apply only to the product price and exclude shipping costs unless the item is defective.
