Shipping Policy – Kobido Care

At Kobido Care, we carefully prepare and ship every order to ensure your cosmetics arrive safely and in perfect condition.

 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during periods of increased demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

5. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Kobido Care is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged package (if applicable)

We will make every reasonable effort to assist you.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Kobido Care is not responsible for deliveries affected by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
