Refund Policy

KobidoCare

At KobidoCare, we strive to provide high-quality facial massage services and cosmetic products. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.

1. Services (Facial Massages)

All bookings for facial massage services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend (no-show), are not eligible for a refund.
If KobidoCare cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule at no additional cost.

2. Cosmetic Products

Cosmetic products are eligible for a refund only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at kobidocare@gmail.com with your order details.
Once your return is approved, instructions will be provided.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for cosmetic products that meet the return conditions outlined above.
Services are not exchangeable once completed.

5. Changes to This Policy

KobidoCare reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to future purchases and bookings.
